Quella che vi presentiamo oggi è una potentissima ricetta, molto antica.

E’ un rimedio naturale che agisce in due modi:

  • pulisce le arterie
  • rafforza le difese immunitarie

Se non lo sapete, la pulizia delle arterie è essenziale per il corretto funzionamento del nostro corpo e della circolazione sanguigna.

Gli ingredienti di questa ricetta sono naturali e facili da trovare.

INGREDIENTI
 
  • 4 limoni affettati;
  • 4 teste d’aglio;
  • 1 radice di zenzero (3 o 4 centimetri);
  • 2 litri d’acqua

 

PREPARAZIONE

Lavate i limoni e affettateli.

Sbucciate l’aglio e mettetelo nel frullatore assieme al limone e allo zenzero.

Fatto questo riporre il composto in una pentola, aggiungere l’acqua e portare ad ebollizione.

Appena comincia a bollire, togliere dal fuoco e lasciare raffreddare.

Bere un bicchiere di questa bevanda ogni giorno, almeno 2 ore prima del pasto.

Il trattamento dura 3 settimane; se volete ripeterlo fate una pausa di una settimana.

Non preoccupatevi per l’alito….la combinazione di limone ed acqua bollente, neutralizza l’odore di aglio.

Prima di consumare la bevanda, agitare il recipiente.
